Does Tickle-Lipo permanently remove fat?

Does this remove the fat cells, or does it empty them, allowing them to fill again if diet isn't changed?

Also, is it safe for childbearing ages, can it hurt chances for conception?

Lipo suction in general will remove the fat cells. The changes seen after lipo can be considered permanent as long as you do not gain weight in the future.

I am not aware of any studies that link liposuction with infertility problems.
