OfflineWhat exactly is considered "love handles"? I am normal weight and considered fit, but I have excess flab on my sides above my hips, not exactly waist area. I'd buy today's groupon if that area is considered love handles. Thanks.

OfflineLove handles is often caused by a high fat and high cholesterol diet, lack of exercise and even lack of sleep. When you adapt a sedentary lifestyle or one that limits your activity to mostly sitting (office jobs),then you are highly likely to develop love handles. When you fail to burn the extra calories, it eventually builds up as fat. Unfortunately they find their way into your subcutaneous area around the abdominal region.

OfflineWhen it comes to effectively losing your love handles, you need to rely on routines that are sustainable. Even if they are minor changes here and there that you can adapt to your everyday can bring significant changes in the long run.
1. Watch what you eat
2. Another familiar advice is to exercise
3. In relation to exercise, another effective way of shedding of your love handles is to do interval training
4. Drink more water
